Mr. Brahmer, the representative of Hesse, has informed the secretariat that he is busy elsewhere until July 2011 due to his secondment to the Hessian Department of the Environment and he, at least, will not be present for the 67th CHR meeting. But he assumes that he will be back again to his normal schedule in the second half of 2011 and will be available again to the CHR.
The Luxembourg representative, Mrs. Bastian, will not participate in the next two CHR meetings due to pregnancy.
